A. Indication of Claim: On September 16, 2020, the plaintiff transferred his claim against the defendant to the plaintiff's successor on September 16, 2020 and thereafter added the notification of the transfer on October 8, 2020 to the plaintiff's successor, it is as stated in the grounds for the claim in the annexed sheet.

(b) Judgment by publication service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

2. The plaintiff's claim is without merit, since there is no evidence to prove that the plaintiff had the claim of this case against the defendant at the time of conclusion of the pleading of this case.
