1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 68,315,005 and the amount of KRW 33,963,204 from November 19, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, "creditor" is deemed "Plaintiff", and "debtor" is deemed "Defendant". The claim in this case is based on a loan transaction agreement (loan amounting to KRW 15 million) between the Korean CTR Bank and the defendant on March 19, 2010 and a credit card use contract.

2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
