1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 420,218,202 and KRW 187,838,672 from June 18, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by deeming the creditor as a “Plaintiff” and the debtor as the “Defendant”) of the same Act;
