The Defendant is a person who is in charge of driving a vehicle under the direction of C, etc., which is a domestic responsibility connected to the organization of the “Singing” in China, and withdrawing cash.

The aforementioned “Singing” role in receiving cash transfers by phone calls from persons in Korea or from investigative agencies; D, taking overall control of the organization of “Singing” in Chinese heart, intended to instruct co-offenders in Korea to take over passbooks, withdraw cash, etc.; C, in order to secure vehicles to be used for committing the “Singing” fraud; and to instruct E, etc. to withdraw cash by using passbooks in the name of another person and check check cards, etc. under the Chinese contact with the Chinese organization of “Sing”; E, F, and G, etc. to take the role of withdrawing cash from the bank payment period immediately after cash is remitted pursuant to C’s instructions, and the Defendant moved the vehicle to the place of committing the crime by driving the vehicle on board and moving the vehicle to C, and withdraw cash and deliver it to C.

1. Crimes committed through conspiracy with C, E, F, G, etc.;

A. On March 27, 2013, the person who was unaware of the name of fraud was not eligible for a loan of KRW 13 million by phone call to the victim even though the victim H did not have an intent or ability to provide a loan. In the existing E-Ba case, the person who was unaware of the name of fraud made a false statement to the effect that “a loan is paid with a part of KRW 3 million from the debt borrowed from the previous E-Ba case, but deposits money.”

The above person in bad name was accused of the victim and transferred KRW 980,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number J) in the name of the victim, and KRW 500,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number L) in the name of K, and around 18:24 of the same day, F used the Agricultural Cooperative Card in the name of the first name in the name of the Agricultural Cooperative in Yongcheon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
