On December 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and on December 14, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Gyang Detention House.

1. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime (an intrusion upon residence, damage to property, or attempted theft) with intent to steal money and valuables by entering another person’s house to raise living expenses without a certain occupation.

On May 23, 2016, around 15:10 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant entered a remote gate into the victim D's house located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and then discovered a house to a neighboring resident in order to steal money and valuables by tearing the shock net equivalent to 40,000 won at the market price installed in the window where the 2nd floor was not corrected through the stairs.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime by intrusion upon the residence of another person, by destroying another person’s property, and by continuing to steal another person’s property.

2. On July 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:40 on July 21, 2016, at around the house of the Victim F in Seongdong-gu Seoul, the Defendant opened a bathing room in the room in which the width was not corrected, and entered into the said room with approximately KRW 50,000,000 and USD 50,000,000 on the part of the victim in the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another's residence and stolen another's property as above.

3. On July 26, 2016, the Defendant entered the house of the victim H located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 14:00 on July 26, 2016, into the house of the victim H, and opened an unrecepted window and enter the joints, and the victim I, the son of the said H, who was in the cremation of the cremation, in the said place, owned by the said son, in an amount equivalent to 1.50,00 won, at the market price of 150,000 won.

The 2nd and the victim I's resident registration certificate have been held.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon another person's residence, and damages to another person.
