2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) is 12% per annum, the part of the claim that exceeds the scope is dismissed.
