However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person engaged in food manufacturing and processing business, etc. with the trade name of C and D Co., Ltd. in Incheon City.

1. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act;

A. Foods manufactured or processed with agricultural, livestock, or fishery products cultivated or bred by using genetic recooperative technologies, such as taking useful genes from the genes of an organism and combining them with the genes of another organism, etc., as their main raw materials, shall be indicated as genetically modified foods, and such foods shall not be sold, imported, displayed, transported, or used for business purposes without such indication. However, from April 26, 2014 to June 15, 2016, the Defendant manufactured and processed approximately KRW 35,000 of the market price using genetic modified foods as their main raw materials, and sold them to Ilwon and neighboring regional specialty stores.

B. Although a person who intends to conduct food subdivision or sales business has reported to the competent authority, the Defendant did not report to the competent authority from January 2015 to June 15, 2016, and sold a total amount of KRW 2,720,000, including, but not limited to, selling KRW 4,000, total amount of KRW 2,720,000, in the event site of the Gu office, by purchasing approximately 680 km of finished products from “G” located in Incheon City F.

C. A business operator who manufactures and processes foods or food additives shall prepare documents related to production and work records and relevant documents related to raw material receipts for storage, delivery, and use of raw materials, and keep them for three years from the date of the last entry, despite that the Defendant, from April 26, 2015 to June 15, 2016, manufactures and processes cop-up pop-up pop-up pop-up pop-up rooms, which are a sort of fruit in the foregoing stock company D from April 26, 2015 to June 15, 2016, and manufactures and processes yellow, red, ginseng, sulbin, pop-out, pop-out, pop-out, and powder-making, etc., and fails to receive raw materials.
