In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. on December 23, 2007, among the facts charged of the instant case, did not err by misapprehending the facts contrary to logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on additional collection, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
