In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance and found the defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding that there is no evidence of crime, and there is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
