Judgment

The circumstances favorable to the defendant are recognized, such as the fact that the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case and reflects the mistake, that the defendant agreed with the victim D, and that the damaged goods to the victim C were returned to the above victim.

However, the crime of this case was committed on two occasions by the defendant taking away bags or bags containing cash from the victim's bags, in light of the circumstances and contents of the crime, and the defendant committed the crime of this case several times during the period of repeated crime of the same kind. Thus, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
