The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

The Defendant, “2019 Highest 4924” from August 10, 2018 to June 2019, the Defendant: (a) was in charge of public relations at the “C” Malaysia’s office, which was under the control of B from around August 10, 2018 to around June 2019; and (b) was willing to report the sexually related video of the victim D (alias) illegally purchased for the above public relations activities, and to receive money from the victim or to demand a sexual relationship by using it.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to receive property by threatening the victim.

2. Around May 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) accessed Internet obscene site H with the clinic called “I” at an office listed in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and (b) drafted and posted a statement of the victim’s screen pictures, personal information, personal information, royalties, and Facebook’s address, which were kept in custody, along the aforementioned route; and (c) written and posted a statement of “J” at the Internet obscenity site H.

Accordingly, the defendant distributed photographs that could cause sexual humiliation against the victim's will.

On the premise of "2019 Highest 5479", B opened and operated a private gambling site with K, L, M, etc., but B recruited in order to manage and operate promotion team employees recruited by Malaysia, etc.

Accordingly, B is in the place of the Malaysia from March 2018 to June 20, 2019.
