1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 14,981,241 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount from June 22, 2013 to November 6, 2014.
1. Basic facts
A. On December 18, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on the consignment of display for the purpose of “B” (hereinafter “instant exhibition”) with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”) (hereinafter “instant display”). The key contents are as follows:
(hereinafter referred to as “A” and “B” respectively. Article 1 of the Agreement aims to provide for all matters necessary to entrust “A” with the work of entrusting “B” (hereinafter referred to as “project”) to the general public in Korea in order to convey a deep sense of history and meaning of “B.”
Article 2 The outline of the “project” to be implemented by the “A” shall be as follows:
Seoul Exhibition Period: The Seoul Exhibition Place from May 5, 2012 to August 26, 2012 (98): The opening ceremony of C Museum: May 4, 2012 (gold) to May 4, 2012, the contents of the above business outlines are scheduled to be exhibited in Seoul, and may be adjusted and modified through consultation between A and B.
Article 4. The roles and obligations of “A” and “B” for the successful holding of this exhibition and for the smooth progress of the exhibition shall be determined as follows:
1. The roles and obligations of “A” are as follows:
1) Full-scale investment in the budget required for this exhibition; 2) the collection, negotiations, and conclusion of contracts for works of “D Museum”, which is a museum of works of art; 3) the management and enforcement of funds, such as project costs and emissions, by no later than seven days before the beginning of the exhibition;
2. The roles and obligations of “B” and the roles and responsibilities of “B” as defined in this Agreement are as follows:
1) The basis of the overall progress and operation of exhibitions is: 2) exhibition planning services (detailed planning of exhibitions, the progress of rental, and the organization of exhibition halls), 3) selection and management of cooperative activities necessary for the holding and proceeding of exhibitions, and 4) exhibition operation and promotional activities on behalf of others;
