The Defendants operated the “D” mobile phone sales store operated by Defendant A as a partnership business in the Gyeonggi-do Ethical Commercialization.

On February 2019, the Defendants, who entered into a contract for the consignment of mobile phone sales with the intention of not making profits in the course of operating the above sales store, came to be supplied with the mobile phone and the core chip, and sold it to the Chinese people, and conspired to acquire the mobile phone by fraud in a way that does not pay the price to the wholesalers.
