On July 7, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on July 7, 2008, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on July 31, 2008.
