Each of the instant public prosecution against the Defendants is dismissed.

Reasons

The summary of the facts charged against the Defendants is as shown in the separate facts charged. This is a crime falling under Articles 307(2) and 30 of the Criminal Act, and is a crime of non-prosecution under Article 312(2) of the same Act. According to the records, since an agreement was submitted on March 14, 2017, stating that the victim's punishment against the Defendants on or around March 14, 2017, after the indictment of this case was filed, the indictment of this case against the Defendants is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
