1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on April 23, 2010 and May 20, 2010, lent a total of KRW 60 million to the defendant on two occasions, 00,000,000 won on September 4, 2010, and KRW 30,000 on September 11, 2010, respectively, the defendant, on March 21, 2012, prepared and delivered a written confirmation that the defendant would make payment to the plaintiff by no later than December 31, 2012 [A] the balance of KRW 40,000,000,000 in total, including the remainder of the loan and interest thereon, KRW 20,000,000,000 to the plaintiff by no later than December 31, 2012 [A] the defendant shall prepare and deliver a written agreement to pay the above amount to the plaintiff on March 25, 2015]
