1. For the purpose of evading the arrest, the defendant threatened the victim E with the wall of the victim E.

As a result, the defendant attempted to steal the victim D's goods, and assaulted and threatened the victim E in order to escape arrest, and committed violence and intimidation for about two weeks, and opened the part of the following sale that requires medical treatment.

2.
