1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,223,117 and KRW 30,223,110 among them, annually, from November 14, 2014 to September 15, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
[However, as to damages for delay, 15% per annum is applied from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by October 1, 2015), so part of the claim for damages for delay is dismissed.]
