The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below is just to have convicted all of the facts charged of fraud (excluding the part not guilty in the reason) against Defendant A, among the facts charged in the instant case, of violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes against Defendant B (excluding the part not guilty in the reason). There is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the intent of defraudation of a private document, the elements for the establishment of the crime of forging a private document, and the crime of uttering of a private document, and the distinction between the co-principal and the aiding and abetting.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
