1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As the Plaintiff indicated the claim supplied steel plates, pipes, etc. to the Defendant by no later than November 2014, the Plaintiff sought payment of the outstanding amount. 2. A judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
