From around 09:00 on March 10, 2017, the Defendant was participating in the “D” hosted by the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government headquarters for the impeachment of the president (hereinafter “K”), and tried to enter the direction of the Constitutional Court along with other participants of the assemblies, after the decision of the Constitutional Court on the impeachment of the President around 11:20 on the same day, the Defendant heard the horses of the personnel of the flag State of the Republic of Korea, namely, “Woo kbp kb kbp in the front of the Constitutional Court,” and tried to enter the direction of the Constitutional Court along with other participants of the assembly.

Accordingly, the police tried to prevent the entry of demonstration teams by installing a garage by using police buses in the vicinity of the above road.

1. In around 12:00 on March 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) went into the police bus with 10 and more participants at other assemblies, and (b) went into the police bus; (c) f in order to prevent the Defendant from doing so; (d) pushed the f’s chest part of the f’s chest in order to stop the Defendant; (c) f in line with the patrolmen, G, and H, who were employed by the police bus; and (d) f in line with the police bus and other participants at other assemblies; and (d) f in line with the police bus and f in line with the police bus to enter the Constitutional Court; (e) f in line with the use of the f’s clothes, which were used by the police bus to stop the Defendant; and (e) f in line with the use of the f’s clothes belonging to the police bus of the Seoul Local Police Agency 3 Habman Police Agency; and (e) f in line with the part of the J.

Ultimately, the Defendant, along with other participants in an assembly, assaulted police officers who were performing the duties of suppression of assembly and demonstration by showing multiple power or carrying dangerous things, thereby hindering the above police officers from performing their legitimate duties relating to the prevention of crimes, maintenance of order, etc.

2. Any person who has violated the provisions of the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall carry or use an apparatus which may threaten another person's life or inflict bodily injury on another person.
