However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics,

1. On April 19, 2012, at around 19:00 on the date, at D hotel’s underground “E danran” located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, approximately 1g of psychotropic drugs in vinyl C, a psychotropic drug in vinyl c, from F, put about 0.1g of Mesopha (hereinafter “Mesophaphone”), put about approximately 0.1g of the said Mephaphone into a single-use injection machine from its nearby ambacle 20:0 on the same day, and put about them into a ambathro, dilution;

2. On October 2012, at around 16:00 on the date, approximately 0.1g of the instant philopon in the direction platform for the Dobongsan Station located in the building-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, at the same time, from F for a single-use clopon on the platform located in the direction platform for the Dobongsan Station, and at around 17:00 on the same day, approximately 0.1g of the said philopon from an unflopon at an unfloponur near the building-in zone;

3. On December 12, 2012, around 16:00 in order to receive, without compensation, approximately 0.5 g of philopon contained in F in the Dowing Island located in the U.S. child of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the same day, receive approximately 0.1g of the philopon from the Dolopon from the Dolopon affiliated with F in the same manner, at around 17:00 on the same day;

4. At early 20:00 on January 201, 2013, approximately 0.1g of the instant philopon from F to the bitlopon’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluoron in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered philophones at least four times as above.
