1. Crimes committed on November 14, 201;

A. On November 14, 2011, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “B” in “B” using a color pen to inspect the investment contract for dismantling waste vehicles (b) in which the Defendant prepared and kept the draft in advance at the notary E office located in North-gu Busan Metropolitan City office; and (b) stated the resident registration number of the said H in the resident registration number column, and affix a seal attached to the said H name.

In addition, the defendant stated "H" in the confirmation column of the letter of confirmation, stated "H" in the delegation column of the power of attorney, and affixed the seal of H prior to his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a closed vehicle dismantling investment contract in the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations, one letter of confirmation, and one power of attorney respectively.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, submitted a forged vehicle cancellation investment contract, confirmation document, and power of attorney to an employee of an notarial office who is not aware of the fact, and subsequently exercised it, respectively.

2. The crime committed on May 14, 2013;

A. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant forged securities: (a) stated in the notary public’s J office located in Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, I and 301 the amount of the bill in the column for amount of the bill; and (b) stated in the issuer column the address column as “H” and “H”; and (c) arbitrarily affix H’s seal on the name next to the address column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged a promissory note in H’s name.

B. At the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 2, the Defendant forged a private document to “A” in the mandatary column, “K”, and “H” and “reform” column in the obligee’s column, using a photographer on the proxy form.
