On May 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on June 6, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 17, 2013.

1. On April 23, 2013, at around 00:34, the Defendant: (a) the victim C, who was seated on the second floor of the building D in Gwangju Northern-gu, is running a PC game.

I cut 10,000 won in cash, which was the victim's possession, which was contained in a wall that was placed in a locker containing a locker between the locker and the locker.

2. At around 04:10 on November 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim F, who worked for an employee in the “HPC room” located on the first floor G underground in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, by taking advantage of the gaps in a locking place; and (b) stolen KRW 400,000 in cash inside the credit cooperative located in such a locking place.

3. On December 2, 2013, at around 15:59, the defrauded:59, the Defendant, as if he had worked for the “JPC room” located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, by deceiving the victim as if he were to pay the PC bank usage fee; deceiving the victim; using the PC for about nine hours from the time on December 3, 2013 until December 3, 2013; displaying the credit card held by the victim in advance, stating that the Defendant would pay KRW 9,000,000 to the PC bank use fee without paying the said fee; and acquired the pecuniary benefit of KRW 9,000 by means of escaping from the PC bank.

4. Special robbery Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on December 4, 2013, at the M convenience store located in Gwangju Mine-gu, the victim N (n, 18 years of age) who is an employee was mixed with each other; (b) was willing to take the cash at the above convenience store; and (c) was used for a person with iron company, etc. at the time of using a deadly weapon in advance, such as approximately 15cm in length and construction site, which is a deadly weapon in possession of the said convenience store.
