마약류관리에관한법률위반(대마)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. A. Around September 2014, the Defendant: (a) at a hotel in which it is impossible to identify the trade name located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu; (b) obtained approximately 2g of hemp plants from C; and (c) granted KRW 200,000 in return.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.
B. Around December 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 1g of marijuana from E and delivered KRW 100,000 to E in return on the alleyway near the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.
C. On January 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 1g of marijuana from E at the places described in the preceding port; and (b) delivered KRW 100,000 in return.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased marijuana. D.
On January 10, 2015, approximately 1g of marijuana was dried from E and delivered in return at the same place on January 10, 2015.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.
2. Around September 2014, the Defendant smoked, at the home of the above Defendant, the hemp plant smokes in the same manner five times in total, as indicated in the following crime chart, including: (a) inserting the hemp plant smoke in a container of alkin aluminium which he/she directly produces; (b) taking the smoke in a container of alkinium; and (c) taking the alkin to inhale it; and (d) taking the smoke in the same manner, from January 10, 2015.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
