No person shall destroy, damage, or fire a road, a waterway, or a bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means.

On May 15, 2013, from around 17:40 to around the Hyundai Motor Building in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant attended 2,500 members, etc. of the National Metal Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “MMMNo”) at the “Games Resolution for the Elimination of Indirect Employment” held in front of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Headquarters in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and occupied three lanes in front of the head office of the said Hyundai Motor Vehicle by not later than 19:25 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with general traffic in collusion with the above participants in the assembly.
