A. On June 16, 2008, the Defendant (F) entered into an agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the compensation of attorney’s fees (former trade name: F) with the Plaintiff, which was a major shareholder of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) as follows.

1) The defendant confirms that the above defendants are not the above defendants but the attorney's fees and contingent fees that have already occurred or incurred in relation to the case of the Supreme Court Decision 2008Do484, the defendant, H, and I, the defendant, as the defendant, in relation to the case of the plaintiff, H, and I (only applicable to the matters stated in the disclosure list as of the date of conclusion of the agreement).

B. The Plaintiff’s attorney appointment contract 1) The Plaintiff, H, and I are the law firm B on May 26, 2008 (hereinafter “B”).

Seoul Central District Court 2007No2573 case

1) As to the appointment of a defense counsel, Supreme Court Decision 2008Do4844 Decided 2008 as stated in paragraph (1) made a payment of KRW 10 million (excluding value-added tax) and agreed to pay the Plaintiff a contingent fee of KRW 50 million (including value-added tax) when the above appellate judgment against the Plaintiff is reversed and remanded.

2) On July 18, 2008, when the Plaintiff, H, and I appointed Attorneys J, and K as counsel in the Supreme Court case 2008Do4844, the Plaintiff agreed to pay 30 million won for contingent fees (value added tax) in the case of destruction and return for at least 1 of Defendant 1. C. The Supreme Court Decision and the Plaintiff’s decision on February 25, 2010 on the case of the Supreme Court Decision 2008Do484, on which part of the Plaintiff’s attorney fees were paid, the Plaintiff paid 30 million won for contingent fees as stated in Article 30,189,60 and value-added tax 3,018,900 won for value-added tax, and 33,208,560 won for contingent fees.

On April 2010, the plaintiff, H, and I entered into a contract for the appointment of the plaintiff's additional counsel.
