1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
1. Basic facts
A. From October 4, 2012 to November 30, 2015, Plaintiff A served as Defendant Company IVD Business Headquarters, Plaintiff B as Defendant Company D from December 23, 2013 to November 12, 2015.
B. The wage items to be paid by the Defendant Company to its employees consist of basic annual salary, allowances, and achievements (e.g., a change in performance rating). Article 4 of the wage rules of the Defendant Company merely provides that “The payment rate and payment rate shall be determined separately by the president,” and that “the payment rate shall not be determined separately by the president.” 2) The Defendant Company calculated the change in performance and payment rate by taking into account the management performance of the Defendant Company from around 2012 to around 2016, considering the management performance of the previous year from around 2012 to around 1 and 2016, and then differentiated the amount of financial resources by sector according to the performance of each sector and paid the financial resources by sector to individual employees who belong to each sector.
3) The Defendant Company paid to Plaintiff A a daily rate calculated on the basis of the evaluation grade for each previous year’s achievements from 2013 to 2015, and from 2014 and 2015 to Plaintiff B based on the period of service, but the Plaintiffs did not pay the Plaintiffs’ 2015 changed performance rating for the year 2015, and there was no case where the Plaintiffs paid the changed performance rating for the year 2015 to retired workers so far. [Grounds for recognition] There is no dispute over the fact that there is no dispute, Party A2 through 7, and Party B 1 through 8 (including each number, and the purport of the entire pleadings.
2. The change in the Plaintiffs’ assertion that the Defendant Company paid to the Plaintiffs is wages with regular, fixed, and fixed, so the Defendant Company is the same as the change in the Plaintiffs’ pay to the Plaintiffs in 2014, in proportion to their working period in 2015.
