Although the nature of the crime of this case, the degree of the defendant's participation in the crime of this case is relatively minor, and the defendant shows his attitude to recognize and reflect the crime of this case, considering all the circumstances such as the defendant's age, character and conduct environment, motive and means of crime, and circumstances after the crime, etc., and the sentencing conditions indicated in the arguments of this case and the records, it is not recognized that the sentence imposed by the court below is too unafford and unfair.

3. The appeal by the prosecutor of the conclusion is without merit and is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
