The judgment on the claim for damages for delay on September 3, 2015: the main sentence of Article 208 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act; the provision on the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings as amended on September 25, 2015; and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015; and the annual interest rate of 15% after October 1, 2015. Therefore, the part in excess of the plaintiff's damages for delay is without merit.
