The Defendant is a person who was employed as a worker in the “E” office operated by the victim C ( South Korea, 34 years old) and D.

The Defendant was found in the office of “E” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F around 19:00 on December 11, 2015.

Although it was agreed to receive KRW 200,000 from D at the site of one's own day, it was argued that 1.50,000 won was paid from D, but it was not supported by the claim.
