Criminal facts
On July 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Busan District Court on July 29, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on August 18, 201.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 16:30 on July 7, 2013, the Defendant purchased philophones by taking three disposable injection equipment with 600,000 won, a psychotropicly psychotropic drug, a single psychotropic drug, in front of the E restaurant located in Yangyang-si D, and purchased philophones.
2. At around 20:00 on the same day as above 1. paragraph 1., the Defendant: (a) packed one of the multiple-use types of equipment purchased from F, such as the above 1. paragraph (1), into a newspaper, and sold H with a 300,000 won clocks on the table at the above heading; and (b) sold h with a clickphone in a way of printing on the table at the above heading.
3. The Defendant, at around 22:00 on the same day as the above 2.2.2, at the place of the foregoing 2.2.00, sealed one of the disposable injection devices purchased from F, such as the above 1.1., as a newspaper site, and sold H with a 4.50,000 won flaps and a flapsing method on the table on which H is located.
4. On July 10, 2013, around 08:00, the Defendant administered catho 403 by inserting phiphones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with aquatic cathos.
5. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.3031g of phiphonephones purchased from F in front of the E restaurant located in Syang-si D, as described in the foregoing 1.

6. On June 16, 2012, between 20:00 to 20:30, the Defendant granted L, without compensation, approximately 0.06 g of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, in front of the K Headquarters located in G in G in Anyang-si.
