2. The motor vehicle number plate (C) confiscated shall be returned to the victim D;

1. On February 2, 2015 through March 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained a C Motor Vehicle Number plate lost by the victim D at the parking lot located in the Seocho-dong, Busan Metropolitan City; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own think, and instead embezzled.

2. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) when the front number plate of the said car was seized due to the failure to pay taxes for the Eschton car operated by himself in early 2015, the Defendant used the said car to be operated by attaching another number plate.

The Defendant illegally used a car number plate which was acquired as above for the purpose of exercising the time limit set forth in paragraph (1) by attaching it to the front of the above E Tracton car.

3. The Defendant, at the time stated in paragraph (2) from the date stated in the said paragraph to August 22:30, 2015, exercised the air defense that was illegally used by the Defendant for operating the said Bosch Rexton car at the Japanese week in Busan.

4. On August 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a motor vehicle without a driver’s license at a section of about about 20km from the influence area of the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the beginning area of the Busan Dong-dong (hereinafter referred to as the “Influence”).

1. From around 12:00 on September 30, 2015 to October 2, 107:00, the Defendant discovered a G-ray car parked from the victim F (year 31) to the lower part of the light rail bridge near the Busan Gyeongdong Park, and then stolen the front number plate by an irregular method.

2. On October 3, 2015, the Defendant’s unlawful use of air defense (i.e., the Defendant) attached the front number plate of a Gpppppon car, which was stolen as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), to the front number plate of the passenger car at the YM520 vehicle’s front number plate of the Defendant’s HM520 vehicle, in default of the fine for negligence on October 3, 2015.
