1. The Defendant’s KRW 48,00,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from November 2, 2005 to March 3, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in the changed cause of claims; and
(However, since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, it is ordered to pay damages for delay 15% per annum from the next day after the duplicate of the complaint in this case is served.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
