1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from May 8, 2019 to July 2, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

The amount of consolation money shall be determined as KRW 20,00,000 in consideration of all the circumstances indicated in the records and arguments, such as the grounds for partial dismissal and the marriage period and marriage relation between the Plaintiff and C, the content, degree and duration of the Defendant’s misconduct, and the impact of the Defendant’s misconduct on the married life between the Plaintiff and C, and the part seeking payment exceeding the above recognized scope
