The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

Reasons

In accordance with Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of April 10, 2020, the court ordered the plaintiffs to provide a security for the costs of lawsuit, but the plaintiffs did not provide a security within the period prescribed in the above order from the date when the above order to provide a security became final and conclusive, so the plaintiffs decided to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without holding any pleadings pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
