Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall leave Articles on the road which impede the traffic flow of the road without permission therefor.
Nevertheless, around October 30, 2014, around 21:20 on October 30, 2014, the Defendant laid off on the road things that could hamper traffic by installing two trustees and ten chairs in front of the "Cjuk point" in the operation of the Defendant in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
