When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

On May 2, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,500,00 from the Incheon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On January 7, 2020, at around 03:32, the Defendant driven a rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol, which is about 0.181% of blood alcohol concentration at the 1km section from the Do near the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Operation Dong to the front road of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu C Hospital.
