1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 80,000,000 and 20% per annum from September 7, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', and ‘A' and ‘B' as payment order).
2. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the Supreme Court shall recognize 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and dismiss the excess portion.
