The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 31, 2013, around 20:30 on October 31, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim D (the age of 71) with the victim D (the age of 102), “Is Chewing, Is Chewing, Is the age of 71” and the victim’s desire at the place where the residents and others are located.
2. The above facts charged constitute Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when a complaint is filed pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim revoked the complaint to the effect that he/she does not want to be punished against the defendant by attending the trial date on March 6, 2014, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
