1. On April 13, 2014, around 17:10, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E, who was an employee of the said main shop, in the course of drinking, was at the victim E, by walking a delivery gate, which was set up in the same place while drinking, and then was at the victim E, who was an employee of the said main office; (b) was at the victim E, the victim E, who was flobing the bat; and (c) the victim E, who was at the time when the victim E’s breaths were bread.

2. The Defendant: (a) asked the victim G, a police officer belonging to the Gyeonggi-do Police Station F District Police Station, to present an identification card to identify himself/herself upon receiving a report of 112 that “nicks assaults his/her staff” at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) expressed the victim G’s face on one occasion at one occasion, and obstructed the victim G’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention of crimes and investigation.

3. While the Defendant, at the time, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), expressed the victim G, as indicated in paragraph (2), he publicly insultd the victim G by “the flusium, flusium, flusium, and flusium,” the victim G as “the flusium, flusium, and flusium.”
