A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Seized evidence 1, 2, or 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.
Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on April 24, 2019, when the victim C was in the Jung-gu, Daejeon and opened a locked window and intruded into the inner bank; (b) the sum of gold 9,000,000 won in the market price of the above victim’s possession of the above victim was stolen by three and one half of the gold folds; and (c) from that time until April 12:30, 2019, the Defendant invadedd on the residence of the above victims five times, and attempted to steal the victims’ total market price of KRW 10,302,00 in total,30 in total, and KRW 3,45, and 35,000 in each of the above victims’ dwelling, respectively.
