1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. An exchange is made on August 27, 2014 with respect to shares of 1/3 of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list.
1. Basic facts
A. 1) While the Plaintiff, the Defendant, C, and D are children of the network E (hereinafter “the instant land”), E owned real estate listed in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”), E completed the registration of ownership transfer by 1/3 shares each on the ground of the gift on June 26, 2014.
B. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an exchange contract on August 27, 2014 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with F apartment and G in the Suwon-si District owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(1) The main contents of the instant water exchange contract are as follows. 3 immediately after acquiring land transaction permission, the defendant shall actively cooperate in the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership to transfer the above land shares to the plaintiff.
