1. The defendant shall pay 183,546,00 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 13, 2018 to the day of full payment.
In light of the absence of dispute between the parties concerned or the overall purport of the evidence and the argument, the Plaintiff concluded a contract to purchase and supply goods to the Defendant on April 16, 2018, under which the Plaintiff agreed to provide the Defendant with the amount of KRW 280,000,000,000, for the purpose of supplying the foregoing sculpture, and that the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 183,546,000 out of the price of goods from the Defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 183,546,00 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 13, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day after the delivery date of the instant payment order sought by the Plaintiff.
