1. The following parts of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked, and each revoked part shall be applicable to the revocation thereof:

1. The summary of the case is that the plaintiff, who is the bankruptcy trustee of A Mutual Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as "A Mutual Savings Bank") of A Mutual Savings Bank, claims for damages arising from the director's liability or liability for default under the Commercial Act, liability for tort liability under the Civil Act, liability for warranty liability under the Civil Act, liability for warranty liability, and liability for damages for delay, and liability for payment of damages on the part of the executive officers and employees of A Mutual Savings Bank, their suretys (including inheritors) and the executive officers of AV Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as "AV Savings Bank") belonging to holding companies of A Mutual Savings Bank.
