Reasons
1. We examine the legitimacy of each lawsuit listed in the separate sheet ex officio in determining the legitimacy of the lawsuit.
Each of the lawsuits in this case was brought by A in the name of the plaintiff, and it is obvious to the party member that A has no title to represent the plaintiff.
Therefore, each lawsuit of this case is unlawful as it is filed by a person who has no power of attorney.
