1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from July 9, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. The facts that the Plaintiff leased KRW 30 million to the Defendant on or around June 2006, with interest rate of KRW 20% per annum, and on May 31, 2007, with the due date set on or around May 31, 2007, do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized according to the statement in evidence A No. 1.
Therefore, as the Plaintiff seeks, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 9, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
