Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

On May 24, 2020, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 14:25, driven a Copbane car from around 5 km to the back side of the Seoul Michuhol-gu Drawing B, Incheon, without a driver’s license.
