Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B
A. On December 22, 2014, from around 09:28, to around 09:43, Defendant A sent a text message to 7,733 members of the said union, including the user of mobile phone L, in the name of the Defendant at the site of text transmission (K) and carried out an election campaign by having her children send a text message stating “I am going to go to the home for the remaining remaining period of 2014, and I am to go to the end, and you want to go to go to the home.”
