1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 59,773,532 as well as KRW 53,241,70 among them, with full payment from February 18, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, the judgment by confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendants only submitted a formal written objection and did not appear on the date of pleading, and thus, all of the Plaintiff’s allegations are deemed to have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
